We set one up for the 1st house on our long list and were contacted by Bram within the hour. From the moment we spoke to him we knew we liked him. He was so personable, kind, knowledgeable, and incredible organized. We told him about our interest in the 1st home. He asked many questions to understand what all our needs and wants were. During that first call, he also asked if there were any other homes we had our eyes on because he could see about saving us the time of setting up individual appointments with each one and show us as many as possible. He said he’d call us back with more information but said he was fully available for any questions we may have. He called us back later that same day to let us know he would be able to show us all 15 homes on our list. We met him the morning of our new home tour. He was just as pleasant to deal with in person as he was on the phone if not more. Before he even showed us the 1st house, he presented us with a binder with each house listed with the selling data and sorted by distance in the order that we’d be visiting them that day. Throughout the day Bram was perfect at letting us look at each home at our own pace while reviewing information not only about each home, but the area as well. We never felt rushed or overwhelmed. When we came to a decision, he helped us every step of the way. Bram always made sure we understood when and what would happen next with very realistic expectations. He was always available to us and made the whole process stress free.
